    We are excited to welcome everyone to a new show season at Highbury Stables. Please note that there have been a few updates since last year:

    • A $20 late fee will be applied to entries received after the closing date.
    • No entries will be accepted within two (2) days of the show date.
      These policies allow our show staff and volunteers the time needed to prepare a smooth and well-organized show day for all riders.

    Highbury Stables Association
    The Highbury Stables Association (HSA) show year runs from December 2025 through November 2026.
    Each show awards points to riders based on participation and placings.

    Year-end awards will be presented at the December 13, 2026 show, with 1st through 6th place awards given in each division to riders with the highest cumulative points for the season.

  • Refund & Scratch Policy
    Entries are considered complete once the entry form and payment are received.

    • Scratches made before the entry closing date will be eligible for a refund of all fees minus the $30 office fee and the $5 electronic card processing fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for scratches made after the closing date, including scratches made within two (2) days of the show, or for no-shows.
      Shows will run as scheduled regardless of weather conditions, unless
    • Highbury Stables determines it is necessary to change or cancel the show date due to safety or facility concerns. No refunds will be issued if the show proceeds as scheduled.

            • Rules & Regulations
              Participation in this event is voluntary and at the exhibitor’s own risk. All exhibitors, riders, trainers, owners, spectators, and other participants acknowledge the inherent risks of equine activities, including but not limited to the risks outlined in the liability waiver associated with this entry.

              Highbury Stables LLC, Correia-Bittner Equine LLC, show management, and their employees, agents, and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or illness to persons, horses, or property occurring on the show grounds or during participation in the event. Each minor exhibitor must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required liability release.

              Each entrant is responsible for ensuring they are mounted on a properly conditioned horse and ride in a safe and responsible manner. Show management reserves the right to stop, eliminate, or excuse any rider or horse deemed unsafe, unfit, or disruptive at any time.

              ASTM/SEI–approved helmets with a properly fastened harness and boots with heels are required whenever mounted. A properly fitted body protector is required for cross-country riding. Abuse of horses or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

              Show management reserves the right to modify class schedules, combine or divide classes, or make any changes necessary to ensure the safety and orderly operation of the event.

              Unless otherwise stated, competitions will be conducted in accordance with the United States Eventing Association (USEA) rules or USEF Rules and Regulations, as applicable.

              Cross-country schooling under the supervision of a qualified instructor may be permitted after completion of the show, at the discretion of show management.

              There is no onsite medical personnel for this event. Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and emergency care.

            • Liability Waiver & Release
              By submitting this entry, I acknowledge that participation in equine activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury, illness, death, or property damage to myself, my horse, or others. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in this horse show and/or schooling event. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Highbury Stables LLC, Correia-Bittner Equine LLC, their owners, agents, employees, volunteers, show management, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I certify that I am physically able to participate, that my horse is sound and properly conditioned, and that I will abide by all rules, instructions, and safety requirements. If the exhibitor is a minor, a parent or legal guardian agrees to this release on their behalf and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
