Food Vendor Registration Form
A limited number of food vendors will be accepted for our 4th Annual Arts Unbound Festival on Saturday, May 2, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an outdoor vendor space. The total vendor fee is $150 (including the $25 deposit). Full payment and registration are due by 5:00 PM on April 17.

Vendors provide their own table, chair, shelter, and manage all sales. This is a rain or shine event with no rain date. Set-up begins at 9:00 AM on May 2. Breakdown is from 5:00–6:00 PM.
