Terms and Conditions1. Deposits and Reservations To secure your spot for the upcoming trip, a non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is required. This payment must be received on or before March 13, 2026. Failure to submit the deposit by this deadline may result in the forfeiture of your reservation. 2. Payment Schedule and Late Fees Timely payments are essential for the group’s booking commitments. Installments: All installment payments must be made according to the provided schedule. Late Fees: Any installment payment received after the due date will incur a $25 USD weekly late fee until the balance for that period is paid in full. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that plans can change; however, because our bookings are made in advance, the following refund schedule applies: Partial Refunds: Cancellation requests submitted on or before May 12, 2026, are eligible for a partial refund. No Refunds: Any cancellations made after May 15, 2026, will not qualify for a refund of any kind. Note: We strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances. 4. Group Conduct and Responsibility By joining this travel group, participants agree to act respectfully toward fellow travelers and local vendors. The group organizers are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or flight delays, though we will assist where possible to keep the itinerary on track.
