Payment & Time Policies

Please review our payment and time policies.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event date. The full balance can be paid at time of deposit.
- Payments made after the deadline will incur a $25 per day late fee.
- Overtime service is available at $125 per additional hour and must be approved and paid on-site before overtime begins.

Please review the service agreement terms.
Client agrees to provide adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for operation of the 360 Photo Booth. Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by guests or unsafe conditions.The Foye Experience Co. is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, weather, power failure, or guest behavior.Client grants permission for photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
