Your ‘Arrival Time’ is when you/your staff will be onsite to set up for your event. 'Program Start’ is when your guests arrive. ‘Program End’ is when your guests leave. Your ‘Hard Out Time’ is when the last person in your group (including yourself) and all equipment will be offsite. We base our staffing and security plans on these times so please let us know if they change from what you submit here.
