Please review the following disclosure regarding the use of photographs taken during your session:
Photographs may be used by the photographer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, portfolio, and marketing materials. No compensation will be provided for such use. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly before agreeing.
The client will pay a 50% retainer (or they can pay in full) before booking takes place. This retainer is non-refundable. Once payment is received, they will be added to the schedule but not before then. If the entire cost of the session is not paid before the end of the session, photos will not be released in any manner until the remainder has been paid in full.
The photographer will not alter appearances in a way that significantly changes a person’s natural features or overall look. It is understood that the photographer is only liable for services completed and provided by the photographer and can not be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. After the service is complete there will be NO REFUNDS. Not all photos are required to be given to the client, as long as the client received the minimum for the chosen photo package. ABSOLUTELY no unedited/RAW photos will be sent out. NO editing over the work of Kin & Keepsake Photography.
