CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT
Scale Wealth Financial Reset

This Credit Repair Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Scale Wealth Financial Reset (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

SERVICES PROVIDED
Scale Wealth Financial Reset agrees to provide credit repair services which may include:

• Review and analysis of the Client’s credit reports
• Identification of potentially inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
• Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit reporting agencies and creditors
• Multiple rounds of dispute letters during the service period
• General credit education and recommendations for improving credit standing

The Company does not guarantee specific results or score increases.

SERVICE TERM
The service term for this program is three (3) months beginning on the date of enrollment. During this period, the Company will perform multiple rounds of disputes and credit analysis.

PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to purchase the credit repair program as a one-time package. Full payment is required before services begin.

CREDIT MONITORING REQUIREMENT
The Client must maintain an active monthly credit monitoring account throughout the service period. This allows the Company to review credit report updates and properly perform dispute services. MFSN fees are billed monthly.

Failure to maintain credit monitoring may delay or limit services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information to the Company
• Maintain active credit monitoring
• Notify the Company of any credit report updates, letters from creditors, or responses from credit bureaus
• Avoid applying for excessive credit during the service period

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client may cancel services at any time by submitting written notice to the Company. Because the program is purchased as a one-time package and work begins immediately after enrollment, no refunds will be issued once services have started.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Company does not guarantee the removal of any specific item from the Client’s credit report or any particular credit score increase. Credit results depend on the accuracy of information reported and the responses of credit reporting agencies and creditors.

CLIENT RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL LAW

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit reporting agencies yourself without hiring a credit repair organization.

You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the major credit reporting agencies once every twelve months.

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days after signing this contract.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you cancel within the three (3) business day cancellation period, you will receive a full refund of any payment made towards package. MFSN additional charges are not included.

After the three (3) business day cancellation period has passed, services are considered to have begun and all payments made for the credit repair program are non-refundable.

CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS
UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.

The law allows you to request a free copy of your credit report from each credit reporting agency once every twelve (12) months. You can request your free credit report from the nationwide credit reporting agencies.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report. Any dispute must be investigated by the credit reporting agency, usually within thirty (30) days.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract.

Credit repair organizations are not allowed to charge you until services have been fully performed.

You may sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Violations may include making misleading statements or charging you before completing promised services.

You have the right to seek legal advice regarding your credit rights.

Your rights are protected under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY AND CREDIT REPORT AUTHORIZATION

The Client hereby grants Scale Wealth Financial Reset a limited power of attorney to act on the Client’s behalf for the purpose of assisting with credit repair services.

This authorization allows Scale Wealth Financial Reset to communicate with credit reporting agencies, creditors, and collection agencies regarding the Client’s credit file. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting dispute letters, requesting investigations, and responding to communications related to disputed items.

The Client authorizes Scale Wealth Financial Reset to review and analyze the Client’s full credit reports and credit file information obtained through the Client’s credit monitoring service or directly from the credit reporting agencies.

This authorization includes communication with the following credit reporting agencies:

• Equifax
• Experian
• TransUnion

This Limited Power of Attorney is strictly limited to credit repair and dispute-related matters and does not authorize Scale Wealth Financial Reset to open credit accounts, incur debt, or make financial decisions on behalf of the Client.

This authorization will remain in effect during the service term of the credit repair program.
