5. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Title of goods remains with Decorative Designer Panels until paid in full. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month. All recovery costs are payable by the Applicant and Guarantor. Decorative Designer Panels may register a security interest under the PPSA if accounts fall overdue. This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria.
6. PRIVACY & CREDIT CHECK CONSENT
The Applicant and Guarantor consent to credit checks and information exchange under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Credit Application and Personal Guarantee constitutes a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of Victoria. Decorative Designer Panels Pty Ltd reserves all rights.
