General Terms of Trade
These Terms of Trade apply to all goods and services supplied by Airflow. They may be updated from time to time. The current version will apply to all transactions.
How We Work
1. You request a solution for your HVAC requirements.
2. We provide a quotation based on the information supplied.
3. Pricing, quantities, and delivery time are confirmed when an order is placed.
4. We aim to supply on or before the agreed delivery date and will advise if this is not achievable.
Pricing & Payment
5. Payment is required prior to collection or dispatch of goods unless a trade credit account has been approved.
6. Where credit has been granted, payment must be made on or before the 30th of the month following the invoice date.
7. Orders and quotations may be withheld if an account is overdue or not operating within approved credit terms.
8. Overdue accounts may incur interest at our bank’s standard overdraft rate.
9. In cases of continued non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend supply and recover outstanding amounts through a collection agency. Any associated recovery costs will be payable by the customer.
Delivery
10. Goods will be delivered using a carrier selected by us as appropriate.
11. Rural delivery charges apply where applicable.
12. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery or collection.
Pricing & GST
13. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Retention of Title / PPSR
14. Ownership of goods supplied remains with Airflow until full payment of all amounts owing in respect of the goods is received.
15. The customer acknowledges that Airflow may register a security interest over the supplied goods on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
16. Until ownership passes, the customer must store the goods separately, keep them insured, and not sell or dispose of the goods except in the ordinary course of business.
17. If the customer fails to pay when due, Airflow may repossess the goods and exercise all rights under the PPSR without notice.
Returns & Faulty Goods
18. Returns require prior approval and a Returns Authority Number.
19. Approved returns must be requested within 30 days of supply and may be subject to conditions.
20. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
21. Damaged or faulty goods will be addressed promptly in accordance with applicable warranties and legislation.
Consumer Guarantees
22. Goods supplied for personal, domestic, or household use are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
23. Goods supplied for business purposes are not subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and may be subject to the Sale of Goods Act 1908.
