About the Event:
The Bill Gladden Inclusive sports day is open to anyone aged 6 and above with physical and learning disabilites. This event is taking place on Saturday 22nd August 2026, between 10am - 2pm. We will be setting up the venue from 8am and clearing up till 3pm

From setting up activities to cheering on participants, your role is to create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment. Whether you’re assisting with games, setting up and clearing away, guiding participants, or offering encouragement, your support ensures that everyone—regardless of ability—feels valued and included.
