Online: GBF-Gokongwei Group STEM College Scholarship 2026

In partnership with the Gokongwei Group business units, GBF grants this scholarship to college students pursuing selected STEM degrees. Upon graduation, scholars are given employment opportunities within the Gokongwei Group of companies. More than financial assistance, it is a program designed to support your academic journey and provide opportunities that can help you grow, explore your potential, and shape your future. To get started, simply complete the Eligibility Questionnaire to confirm that you qualify for the program. Once eligible, you may proceed to the full Application Form, where you can share more about your experiences, goals, and aspirations.   SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS & COVERAGE
  
  1. What are the benefits and coverage of STEM College Scholarship?
  - Fixed annual financial grant up to Php 120,000 to subsidize tuition and other fees (Subject to terms and conditions of scholarship agreement)
  - Access to scholar development programs
  - Internship opportunity in the Gokongwei Group
  - Employment opportunity in the Gokongwei Group (Subject to company vacancy and passing of all pre-employment requirements)
  2. Is On-the-Job Training included in STEM College Scholarship?
  
  Yes, an internship opportunity in a Gokongwei group company is one of the program benefits.
  
  3. Is employment after graduation a benefit of the scholarship program?
  
  Yes. As part of the program’s design, scholars are given the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience within the Gokongwei Group upon graduation, allowing them to apply their learning in a real-world setting and build their careers within a reputable organization. In return, scholars serve in a partner business unit for one (1) year for every year they received the scholarship, with a maximum service period of two (2) years.
  
  4. Is this applicable to a second degree in college?
  
  No, this only applies to a student’s first bachelor’s degree.
  
  ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
  
  1. Is there a minimum GWA required to apply?
  
  One of the eligibility requirements is to have at least a GWA of 2.0 or 85%
  
  2. Can those with failed grades in college / high school still apply?
  
  No, all applicants must have no failed, dropped, or incomplete subject/s for the entirety of their college/high school years.
  
  3. Can I apply if I already have an existing scholarship from another institution or company?
  
  For applicants with other scholarships, the application is subject to evaluation. Qualified candidates who do not have any other scholarships are usually prioritized.
  
  4. I am not enrolled yet or I do not have a school yet. Can I still apply?
  
  Yes, instead of the certificate for registration, you will be required to submit your proof of application to at least one university (see the documentary requirements section for the template).
