The camper (defined in this section as the "Participant") and Participant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) hereby grants The Felix Organization, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs/videos of Participant in connection with Participant's participation in Camp Felix Pride and all events and activities related to Camp Felix Pride and The Felix Organization (collectively the "Activities"). Participant and Participant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) hereby authorizes The Felix Organization to copyright, use, and publish the photographs/videos in print and/or electronically. Participant and Participant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) hereby agrees that The Felix Organization, its representatives, employees, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns may use such photo, video, or film likeness of Participant for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I understand that while participating in the Activities, my child may be photographed.
