A deposit is required to secure your spot in the 2026-27 Program at Adaire Elementary. The tuition deposit will be applied as the final invoice in May, 2027, provided that your child attends through the end of the school year. (For siblings: A seperate registration is required for each child.)

We accept checks (please deliver to your site director, do not mail) or ACH bank transfer, which you can complete online through your invoice link. Please email info@playartsphilly.com for credit card payments. A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments. Complete the following pages of parent/guardian and child information to submit form.

Child Registration Information

You may only register one child per form so that we have a seperate record for each child. To register siblings without having to refill the entire form, please click "Submit again for a sibling" on the Thank You page.

Your tuition deposit is due within 5 days of invoice receipt. Failure to pay your invoice within this time period will result in forfeiture of your child's spot in the program.
Yearly tuition is invoiced in 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month. Late payments will result in late fees and spot forfeiture.
In the event that you withdraw from the program before the end of the school year, your tuition deposit will be forfeited. If you remain enrolled through the end of the school year, your deposit will be applied to your final invoice in May, for that month's tuition payment.
