Transportation Needs - If the buyer requires a pet nanny to deliver the puppy to a local airport, the fee will be listed on your emailed receipt after discussed extensively with Buyer and Seller.

Please note: Delevery by car is 45$ per hour up to 4 hours away from Grandblanc, MI (with some exceptions on distance, though extra fees may apply.

CONFIDENTIAL AND LEGAL TERMS All information regarding the sale and the puppy is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the Seller. This contract is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller operates.

Please read carefully before placing a deposit. By submitting a deposit or signature, you agree to all terms below: - Deposit required to hold a puppy - Deposits are non-refundable but may transfer at Seller discretion. Deposit reserves the puppy until agreed pick up date; failure to pick up forfeits deposit. A Receipt will be issued for every payment, including the deposit. The Final payment is due at pick up unless a payment plan is arranged. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid, undisputed transaction constitutes a breach of this agreement.

𝗣𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 pt 1 - The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt to activate the health warranty. If life threatening/life altering defect found within 48 hours You have the option to - Keep puppy and assume responsibility or return the puppy for a refund of the purchase price only (shipping and travel costs are non refundable). As the buyer will be respponsible for all return transportation costs, unless stated otherwise.

𝗣𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 pt 2 - YEAR CONGENITAL HEALTH GUARANTEE Guaranteed 1 year for life threatening congenital defects: Heart, Lungs, Liver and Kidneys. Buyer has up to 12 months to choose a replacement puppy. As the buyer you will have to cover the difference if you decide to select a higher priced puppy. Seller and Buyer will decide if original puppy is kept or returned. Buyer covers the transportation costs unless stated otherwise. If the puppy passes away, a necropsy must be performed within three (3) days failure to do so voids the guarantee.

GENERAL TERMS & BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES -There is no 100% guarantees on adult size, weight, coat, color, temperament. Seller is not responsible for veterinary bills after puppy leaves Seller care. Buyer agrees to proper food, care, vaccinations, and indoor only home. Puppies may not be kept outdoors! Mistreatment / Neglect Clause: Seller may reclaim puppy if neglect, abuse, or outdoor housing is documented. Buyer agrees to pay liquidated damages of $10,000 or more dependingon recovery, transport, vet care, and rehoming costs.

Rehoming Clause

Buyer must notify Seller immediately if you are unable to keep the puppy.

Seller may reclaim puppy if rehoming arrangements unsatisfactory.

Buyer may return puppy to Seller for a refund up to 25% if you are unable to house the puppy any longer within your home. Seller will be responsible for puppys transportation costs to get puppy back to Seller unless stated otherwise.

If puppy is rehomed without notifying Seller, Buyer will pay all recovery costs to relocate the puppy and any damages sustained to puppy - (vet bills if the puppy is found harmed/neglected in any way shape or form)

As required by Michigan law Puppy remains property of Qysse Qysse until fully paid Puppy will not leave Seller possession until full payment received. An Email receipt will be issued to buyer for each payment late/missed payments = breach; Seller may cancel plan, retain payments, and offer puppy for sale to another buyer.
