2026 Rally Registration Cancellation Form
Please complete this form to cancel your rally or event registration with the Host. IMPORTANT: 1) Rally Fees will only be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of a rally. 2) Rally Fee amounts refunded to your credit card will be the Rally Fee amount less any processing fees. Thank you!

NOTE: Refunds are issued only for cancellations received two weeks or prior to the rally start date.

If you are due a refund, the amount refunded to you will be the Rally Fee less the cost of the bank's processing fee.

If possible, please let us know about your cancellation first, before cancelling with the campground, so we might be able to get another Airstreamer in your spot!
