- To select a course you want, just click on the "Select" button for that course. Please do not click on a "Select" button for any course you don’t want. The number of seats available for each course is indicated on this form and will be updated regularly. Once a course has reached its maximum registration, you won't be able to register for it using this form. To delete a course you don't want, click on the select button again.
- Please count up the number of courses you’ve selected and then click on the appropriate button in the "Courses Selected and Fee" section. Your total will be automatically calculated.
- After completing the form, please submit it by pressing the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. This will secure your registration, pending our receipt of your payment.
- Your place in any course you select will be held for you unless the course fills up before we receive your payment. You'll be notified if this happens.
- Immediately following your registration, you will receive an email conformation summarizing your registration information. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered on this form. If you are paying by credit card the email conformation will include the link to pay by credit card.

Tuition ranges are as follows:
1 - 3 Courses................ $80
4 - 6 Courses.................$100
7 - 10 Courses...............$120
More than 11 Courses... $140

All items marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
PLEASE, THIS IS IMPORTANT: If you want to edit your form (e.g., add course, delete a course, etc.) please do so before pressing the SUBMIT button. If you make changes by means of submitting a second form, the courses on both forms will be used to update the seat counts.
