2026 Abstract Submission Form
Our 18th Annual Meeting will take place November 12–13, 2026 at the Richmond Hilton Hotel & Spa at Short Pump. The VASM invites you to submit an abstract to be considered for the Conference Abstract Presentations.

The VASM is excited to annnounce the inclusion of podium presentations in addition to poster presentations. Please indicate in the form below if you would like to be considered for a podium presentation or a poster presentation.

The deadline for the 2026 program is August 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
