2nd Annual Randall S. Pugh Golf Outing Waiver

Event Location: Olde Dutch Mill Golf Course

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that participation in the 2nd Annual Randall S. Pugh Golf Outing involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, contact with other participants, equipment-related injuries, weather conditions, and hazards associated with a golf course environment. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I agree to release and discharge the Event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, Randall S. Pugh, Olde Dutch Mill Golf Course, and all associated personnel from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.

I understand that I may receive medical treatment if needed and that I am responsible for any associated costs.

I acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be available during the Event. I understand that I am

not being forced, pressured, or coerced into consuming alcohol; any decision to drink is entirely voluntary. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and will not operate a golf cart or vehicle while impaired. I accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or consequences resulting from my alcohol consumption. I release the Event organizers, sponsors, and hosting facility from liability related to alcohol use before, during, or after the Event.

I agree to operate any golf cart safely and follow all course rules. I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my operation of a cart.

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional or commemorative purposes without compensation.

I confirm that I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and agree to them voluntarily. I understand that this document affects my legal rights.
