Scholarship Agreement Terms and Conditions
Please review the following scholarship agreement. This agreement outlines the terms of your Sonoma Bach Choir Student Singer Scholarship, including payment terms, withdrawal or forfeiture conditions, and tax responsibility information.
I agree to:
Attend all scheduled rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances for the full semester.
Arrive on time, prepared, and with music learned.
Follow all Sonoma Bach policies and standards of conduct.
Notify the Bach Choir Manager in advance if an absence is unavoidable.
More than two unexcused absences may result in loss of part or all of the scholarship.
Scholarship Payment Terms:
The $500 scholarship will be paid in two installments of $250.
First installment: Mid-semester, after confirmation of satisfactory participation.
Second installment: After completion of all final performances.
Payment will be made by check from Sonoma Bach.
Scholarship funds are not administered through Sonoma State University.
Withdrawl or Forfeiture: If I withdraw from the Choir or fail to meet participation requirements, remaining payments will stop. Sonoma Bach may require repayment of any unearned portion of the scholarship. Scholarships are awarded for one semester only and are not transferable.
Tax Responsibility: Recipients are responsible for any tax liability associated with this scholarship, and Sonoma Bach will not withhold taxes or provide tax advice.
