June 12-14 will open June 12 at 10am for vendors to come setup, you may start selling at 12noonwhen the gat opens to the public. 
* June 13 gate open at 9am for vendors must be setup by 11am gates open to the public at 11:30am

Hours of festival 12 noon each day and vendors must remain open till attest 7pm

Cost: Craft Vendors. $80.00, per booth with out power  12x12

$90.00, per booth With limited power  12x12

FOOD TRUCKS $100.00 Must provide own Power and Water GENERATOR MUST BE QUIET

 ALL VENDORS LIMITED TO ONE HELPER EXCEPT FOOD TRUCKS MAY HAVE TWO

ALL VENDORS AND HELPERS WILL BE ISSUED A WRIST BAND THAT MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES

Please Read Carefully!!!
•           Events by the River host is a juried event. Not everyone who applies will make it in. We carefully consider each vendor based on the category you are applying for.
•           ONLY the original works described on your application and works similar to those juried may be displayed and sold. We will not allow any additional items to be brought in.
•           In the event a vendor is caught creating the same product, Craft, copy righting photos, or using any other intellectual properties, trademarked or not, without the permission of the owner/ first creator at our events, you will be asked to leave to premises and may be banned from future events
•           Each vendor must provide their own display.
•     Payment is NON-REFUNABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE and is due upon being accepted. An invoice will be sent via email. This application does not hold your spot, payment does.
•           If payment is not received within 5 days after invoice is sent, your invoice will be cancelled without notice'

NO ITEMS FOR SALE CAN HAVE EVENTS BY THE RIVER NAME OR LOGO OR EVENT NAME ON THEM!   We have our own vendor to sell event merchandise.

•           There will be NO location requests for ANY reason other than a medical condition that would require you to be near the restroom. Spaces with electricity are very limited and are reserved for vendors who REQUIRE electricity.
•           We constantly market the event across multiple social media outlets. We encocurage you to share our post and event page to boost attendance and visibility
•           As a Vendor, you are agreeing to let us use your name and photos for advertisement
•           Breakdown after the Event…each vendor will be responsible for: take down of set up and displays, area cleaned, and bag your trash and put in proper containers.
•           Legal Disclaimer: All vendors participate at their own risk. Events by the River disclaims all liability that may arise from a vendor’s participation at the event. All vendors are required to man their own booth, collecting and reporting taxes as necessary. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required to sell at the market. Events by the River  is not liable for any legal matters that arise from the sale of vendors’ goods at the festival.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have received a copy of the legal disclaimer outlined above and agree to all terms. You understand that you are fully responsible for your space and the goods within it. You understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and that the event is rain or shine. You give Events by The River full rights to use your photos of your goods, your booths, and your person in future advertising including, but not limited to, online and print.
