2026 CSA Agreement

I understand that by joining the CSA I am entitled to produce grown by New Roots throughout the 2026 growing season, beginning in late June.

I understand that CSA shares are offered as Full Share (one pickup per week) or Half Share (one pickup every other week).

I understand that CSA pricing is based on when payment is submitted. Full Shares are $1,000 if paid before 2/28/26, $1,025 if paid in March 2026, $1,050 if paid in April 2026, and $1,075 if paid in May 2026. Half Shares are $650 if paid before 2/28/26, $675 if paid in March 2026, $700 if paid in April 2026, and $725 if paid in May 2026.
- If there is a crop failure for any reason, I understand that I am out of luck.
- I will pick up my allotted share weekly or every other week depending on my share type, and will try to pick up on weekdays to help avoid the weekend rush when possible. The CSA list is posted every Monday morning.
- I understand that my CSA share for the week is what is written on the board, and I will only take what is written on the board. I will ask if I think something is incorrect.
- I realize that I cannot substitute an item I want more of for one that I do not want.
- I understand that my CSA share will be loaded to my customer account once registration and payment are complete.
- I understand that I will receive a physical and virtual membership card and will present it at pickup.
- I am taking responsibility as a CSA member to speak up if I have questions or need clarification.
