Fill out the information below to request a fundraiser.
For our guests requesting a fundraiser:
- Fundraisers can be held at any of our 11 locations.
- We will donate 15% of sales during your fundraiser date and time only (does not include tax or gratuity).
- Once a fundraiser request is approved by the manager of the location we will generate a flyer for you to provide to anyone you wish to invite to the fundraiser.
- Your invited guests should provide the flyers to their server, bartender, or take out specialist in order to receieve the 15% donation for that check.
- Flyers are NOT to be passed out the day of the event.
- We will allow digital versions of the flyer from your guests.
- We allow fundraisers events on Monday and Tuesday nights after 4pm.
- Please select a potential date at least 4 weeks out to allow enough time for manager to review and approve, creation of the flyer, and for you to promotion/distribution of the flyer.
- This form is a request and is not guaranteed until you confirm with a manager from the location you wish to hold your fundraiser.
