Flower Basket Sponsorship Form

We invite local businesses and community members to participate in our beautification project. Flower baskets will be displayed on light poles down Central Avenue ~ two baskets per pole, and stay up May-September.

Flower Sponsor:

• $350 Per Basket (Maximum of two baskets, until Member Choice Awards on 3/27)
• Name Plaque on bracket

• Recognition on website & newsletter
