Photography Waiver

I give my consent for photos and/or videos to be displayed online via the Footlights website, to professional casting directors, on controlled Footlights social networking sites and for Footlights publicity. I understand that any photos/videos used will have been taken by myself, by a professional representative of Footlights, contracted to Footlights or a parent/guardian of a child that attends Footlights who may have taken photos/videos of shows or festivals etc. and submitted to Footlights. I understand that I will not receive payment for any of the above.

In order to secure your child's place for our Easter Half Term Camp, you will need to pay a place holding fee of £20 per child. This fee will be deducted from the total amount. If your registration includes siblings, you'll still need to pay the £20 holding fee for each child.
