I understand that I should use caution around my adopted dog. It may take some time for the dog to become comfortable and adjust to new people and new home.
Even a dog that appears to be good with children and other animals, may take some time to adjust.
I understand that Doggy Smiles Rescue may have limited knowledge of this dog and can only tell me what they have observed while in their care or what information was given to them.
Use extreme caution around children. At any time a child could provoke a dog to react in a negative way and cause the dog to defend itself or it’s possessions if feeling threatened. Strict supervision is a must when children and the dog are within the same area.
By signing this document which is an attachment to the foster/adoption contract I understand the risks and any possibilities therefore regarding my adopted/foster dog and release any liability against Doggy Smiles Rescue Inc and it’s representatives and volunteers and I understand any danger that could exist with children, adults and other animals.
