The Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival invites businesses and community organizations to participate in this year's festival on August 15, 2026 at the DCR Lowell Heritage State Park. Please use this form to reserve your information booth. Incomplete applications will not be processed. (Tables, tents, and chairs are not provided by the Festival.) If you are a merchandise or food/beverage vendor, this is not the correct form. Please go to www.LSAWaterFestival.org and choose the correct form.

2026 Information Booth Terms and Contract

Please read the below terms. By submitting this application, you agree to comply with these rules and regulations.
- I certify that I am an authorized designee representing the above organization and I hereby sign this application upon the terms and conditions of the Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival.
- I must maintain all health and safety protocols as outlined by the City of Lowell, public health officials, the Department of Conservation & Recreation, and the State of Massachusetts.
- I shall keep my booth area clean and safe at all times. If my space is not clean at the end of the festival, the festival committee has the right to revoke my participation in next year’s festival.
- I am not permitted to change my assigned location or exceed my assigned boundaries. Booth will be assigned based on a lottery and bidding system and at the final discretion of the festival organizers.
- I shall finish setting up by 10:00am and clean up and remove all equipment from my booth space by 9:00pm.
- I shall receive one Vendor Parking Permit for my vehicle. Vendor Parking is available on a first come, first served basis in designated spaces for Vendors. I understand that vehicles without permits parked along the street designated for Vendor Parking may be towed, at the owner’s expense. Additional parking is available in the designated festival parking lot for vendors (carpooling is highly encouraged.)
- I shall only give out promotional materials or information regarding my organization and/or business.
- As a courtesy to Food Booths, no food or beverages of any kind (including water) may be sold or given out as samples at any Information Booths. (Candy is ok.) Also no balloons are allowed on festival grounds.
- Booth inspectors will be monitoring all activities to ensure compliance; any violations may result in the closing of my booth. The sharing of my booth with an unauthorized vendor is prohibited.
- I shall provide my own tables, chairs, and tent (10ft x 10ft). Tents with widths greater than 10ft maybe be asked to be taken down.
- If my organization is a non-profit, I will submit a 501(c)3 letter, if asked to provide one.
- I understand that the the Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival and its fiscal sponsor, The Greater Lowell Community Foundation, including their staff, board members, and volunteers, will not be held liable for any damages/losses.
- I have read all the above criteria and agree to comply with the Festival's rules and regulations.
- I understand that the Festival takes place on the grounds of the State Parks and will comply to the conditions of the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
- I understand that there is no rain date.
