The Community Leadership Series is dedicated to spotlighting exceptional leaders and organizations within the greater Toledo region. Sessions consists of local guest presenters who guide discussions through topics pertaining to leadership development and community involvement.

Having difficult conversations is not only necessary, but also a growth opportunity for both the sender and the receiver. During this training, participants will learn why having difficult conversations are important, what techniques may help with having difficult conversations, and how to implement those techniques.
Speaker:
Andy Sprenger is a graduate from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English. He was the security educator for ProMedica for six years and is a certified facilitator for the American Heart Association. He is also a DISC certified behavioral consultant. Andy has taught self-defense and awareness for over 25 years to various businesses, non-profits, schools, universities, small groups, and individuals.
