I understand that the Appointment Confirmation Email/Text will be sent by the end of the day (if requested before 330pm), and is just to let me know when my appointment is, and that my appointment is booked for that date/time, even if I fail to hit confirm. I will check SPAM if I do not see my Confirmation Email.
I must cancel or make ANY changes to my service within 48 Hours of my appointment to avoid a $150 Cancellation/Change Fee. This includes changing the type of service (Full to Exterior Only)
We do NOT cancel appointments based on Weather FORECASTS or rain, and will contact you if we need to cancel due to safety concerns for our staff. Rain dries clear on clean glass and will not impact the cleaning itself.
PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION. Our crews can only accept all major credit/debit cards or Venmo for payment. Venmo is preferred and will help us keep our prices lower. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE. If you are not home for service, the invoice can be emailed, but is still due upon receipt. Late fees apply after 48 hours.
