Registration and Pre-Conference Classes

Registration deadline is May 1, 2026
Registration includes Conference Classes and Meal Package: Lunch Friday and Saturday, Sunday brunch, and hors d’oeuvres at special events.

You may register and pay for pre-conference classes without attending the main conference.

Non-MAWs members will be assessed a membership fee and entered as MAWS members.

Pre-Conference Classes
WAIT LIST for Pre-Conference Classes: If the class you want is full, you may wait list it with or without registering for another pre-conference class. If you register for another pre-conference class and are successful with wait list selection, it will be assessed for the difference. Fee of $10 will be collected if you do not select another pre-conference class. The processing fee of $15 will also apply. It is non-refundable. If you are offered the class, the $10 fee will apply to your class. Lodging is not guaranteed after February 28th.
WAIT LIST for Dorm: Enter Check-in/Check Out dates with no guaranteed reservation. You may reserve (pay) for a room without being registered for the conference or a class, but no refunds for lodging will be issued after February 28th.
Pre-Conference Class Cost

Conference Classes
Conference Classes are only available to Conference Registrants.
Friday June 19th ALL day Classes: 9 am - 4:30 pm. Select ONE All-day class, or ONE Morning and ONE Afternoon Class. Uncheck any ALL Day selection to enable Morning and Afternoon sections. Uncheck all half-day selections to enable ALL day section.
