Our 2026 Six Day Project will take place from Monday, September 28 – Saturday, October 3, 2026! Once you submit this form, you will be contacted by a Life Remodeled team member. This form is only for groups, and all volunteers must be at least 14-years-old. Please do not fill out this form if you are a member of a group that has a group leader who has already registered.
