    Eligibility: 

    • NEW clients to CFSO; AND
    • Permanent Resident holder family* since 2022 OR;
    • Convention Refugee OR;
    • Live-in Caregiver OR,
    • special temporary resident pathway / temporary special measures for extended family members affected by the crisis in Gaza

    *In the participating household, permanent residents must constitute the majority. For example, in a family of 5, there must be at least 3 members holding PR cards.

    • 永久居民及其家庭*
    • 公約難民
    • 住家保姆
    • 在加沙特殊臨時措施下獲受理之臨時居民簽證申請人
