Why do you want to foster for paaws?

Please list any additional information about yourself and household.

Please upload a few basic pictures of your household. Please include an exterior photo of the front of your house, backyard photo, a few interior photos of where the animal will stay. This is to ensure the safety of the animals and will not be shared or distributed else where. If you cannot send them here, please email them to Foster@paaws.org . You application will not be approved until we get those.

Please upload a copy of your current animals medical records showing they are up to date on shots. If you cannot send them here, please email them to Foster@paaws.org . You application will not be approved until we get those. You can have your vet email to us as well.

I, the undersigned Foster, hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAAWS, its board of directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the foster program.

I understand and acknowledge that fostering animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical Injury: Bites, scratches, knocks, tripping, or transmission of zoonotic diseases.
Property Damage: Destruction of furniture, flooring, vehicles, or personal items caused by the foster animal.
Third-Party Liability: Injuries or damages caused by the foster animal to other persons or animals while in my care.
I explicitly agree that PAAWS shall not be liable for any medical bills, veterinary expenses for my own pets, property repair costs, or other financial losses I may incur as a result of fostering. I assume full responsibility for any such costs and risks. Furthermore, I agree that I will not seek financial compensation or reimbursement from PAAWS for any damages or injuries sustained during my time as a volunteer foster, except as explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
