    Essay instructions for student:

    • Essay:  Court reporting requires discipline, integrity, resilience, and a deep commitment to serving others. In 500–750 words, describe the personal qualities that will guide you toward becoming an exceptional court reporter. Share a specific life experience that shaped your character, strengthened your perseverance, or deepened your sense of responsibility. How will these qualities influence the way you serve the legal system and the public throughout your career?
    • Essay must be double-spaced and the student's name must appear on each page.
    • IMPORTANT: Use this file name format: LastName_FirstName_Essay.pdf (example: Smith_Jordan_Essay.pdf).
