Microchip and As-Is Acknowledgement

Microchip registration is a way to prove legal ownership of a dog or cat.  We require you register the microchip of your adopted dog or cat within 48 hours.

 

1. Go to  https://nano.tryfi.com/register or see attached card
2. Setup an account
3. Register your pet in your name.

 

If the pet is found and you have not registered the pet, and we are called, the pet will be put up for adoption.

Adopter is fully aware that Doggy Smiles Rescue makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the health, temperament, mental disposition and training of the dog or cat.

We can tell you what we know, with our knowledge and experience with the dog/cat. Doggy Smiles Rescue can not cover expenses after adoption.

If we have noticed any signs of disability or sickness, we will disclose to the adopter at the time of adoption. Doggy Smiles Rescue can not guarantee health, temperament mental disposition or training of dog/cat.
