Program Fees and Payment

The full registration fee for the program including all meals is $649 CAD. To help you consider how you can pay for the program, we offer a number of options below.
Due to the generous support of the Lang Family Foundation, we are able to offer this retreat at a greatly reduced rate.
Bursary & Financial Assistance

We have a very limited bursary fund to offer partial financial assistance to those who need it most. If you indicate yes, we will reach out to you to have a conversation about your contribution. Your contribution can be paid in full or arranged as a payment plan.

Yana Retreat Cancellation Policy 2026:

Please note that the amounts on this policy reflect the total rate. If you are on a payment plan, you will still be required to pay the balance of whatever is owed.

You will receive a full refund if Sarana Institute needs to cancel the retreat. You will also have the option to credit your payment towards another event.

If you cancel your registration before July 15th, 2026: Sarana Institute will retain a $50 administrative fee.

From July 15th – July 27th, 2026: We retain 50% of your full fee

If you cancel between July 28th – August 12th, 2026: Sarana Institute will retain the full fee*

*Please note if you received a partial bursary, the Cancellation Fee that Sarana Institute retains will be either 50% or 75% of your contribution.
