This Roundtable Event is designed to strengthen legal compliance, governance, and public trust. We hope to encourage all with knowledge on how to uphold student dignity while maintaining appropriate oversight.

- Discuss the distinctions among bullying, harassment, discrimination, and material incidents, and examine DASA’s impact-based standard.

- Reinforce the District’s role in responding to complaints, reviewing appeals, using the “arbitrary and capricious” standard, without re-investigating cases.
