Cancellations and Refund Policy:

Before July 1st	80% refunded.
Before September 1st	50% refunded
After September 1st	25% refunded
After September 15th	no refunds

Sober & Unplugged Environment

This is a sober retreat. Alcohol, recreational drugs, and non-prescribed substances are not welcomd during the retreat. Space from substances before and after the retreat for 5 days is highly encouraged.
This is an unplugged retreat. Participants agree to limit or refrain from phone and device use during the retreat, except in the case of emergencies or as otherwise communicated by retreat leaders.

Participation & Community Expectations

I understand that this retreat includes group activities, guided discussions, and periods of reflection, which may involve emotional, mental, or physical engagement.
I agree to participate respectfully, honor group agreements, RBRC's rules and regulations, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment
I understand that participation is voluntary, and I may step away from any activity if needed.
