Details for participating artists (Please, read carefully):
Theme: Open/free, all ideas welcome.
Art Types Accepted: 2D and 3D art in all mediums.
Application Fee: $10 per submission (covers up to three pieces per application)
Submission: Artists may submit up to 3 pieces per application
Application deadline: March 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Selection: All artwork will be curated and selected by the VRC Fashion Show Committee. Due to space limitations, only 12 2D pieces will be accepted for display on easels only. Selected art will be announced on TUESDAY, MARCH 10 AT 4 PM via email.

- Opportunity to showcase and sell your art, with 20% of proceeds benefiting the Vision Resource Center.

- Submission fees are non-refundable, even if work is not accepted.
Art delivery: Selected artists must deliver their artwork at Vision Resource Center (2736 Cedar Creek Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312) by March 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
Art Pick-up: Not sold artwork must be picked-up at the Vision Resource Center (2736 Cedar Creek Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312) by April 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
LIABILITY
- The Vision Resource Center (VRC) assumes responsibility for insuring and caring for the works of art selected for this show while they are in our possession. However, VRC will not assume costs of shipping entries or artwork, nor will the VRC provide insurance while in transit to or from the VRC.
- VRC reserves the right to refuse any entry and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its discretion.
- VRC reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any entry submitted for educational or publicity purposes.
- The receipt of an entry in the 2026 VRC Fashion Show constitutes agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus.
