  • General Vendor Application Information:

    1. This is an application and does NOT guarantee you are in the show
    2. We will reach out by June 17, 2026 to let you know if you have been accepted into the show. 
    3. Payment: A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email & payment must be received by the following deadlines:
      • 50% Booth Deposit by August 7, 2026
      • 100% Booth Payment by September 14, 2026
      • ONLY online payment is accepted
      • Corners, Internet & Power will be billed at a later date
    4. Sales Tax: The State of Nevada requires all vendors selling tangible goods more than twice in a 12month period to have a NV Sales & Use Tax (SUT) Number. ALL EXHIBITORS are required to turn in the fully completed Sales Tax Form at the end of the show. It is the exhibitors responsibility to submit their sales tax payment to the State of Nevada.
    5. Cancellations: If you cancel (or fail to meet payment deadlines) before August 7, 2026 there will be a 25% cancellation fee, before September 14, 2026 there will be a 50% cancellation fee & after September 14, 2026 there will be a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation fees will be based on full invoice amount.

      • Tuesday, October 13th: 7:00am-9:00am
    • CONCOURSE Vendor Hours - Only Ticketed Guests are permitted on the concourse & the concourse will shut down between each performance.

    • EXHIBIT HALL Vendor Hours - Free to the Public & no ticket is required to enter. Vendors located in the Exhibit Hall do not have access to the rodeo and need to purchase a ticket.

  • All booths must pay an additional $30 special event fee & $50 non-refundable administrative fee. The booth fee is a FLAT RATE and if the length of the show changes, the booth rate will stay the same.
