ONLINE ENTRY FEES - $23.50 per run. (Closing date for pre-entries - April , 2025) - Day of show entry fee is $25 per run.
Entering Options:
- You may download premium with entry form & mail entry with payment to Katie Maess, 8872 Snider Rd., Mason, OH 45040. (Go to Hamilton DTC's under "events" tab to find premium - website: www.hamiltondogtraining.com)
- You may fill out this online form, and pay using paypal.

ONE ENTRY FORM PER DOG. You may select different preferred times only on different days... or you may note that you have no specific time frame and we will work you in based on entries received. Please do NOT select 2 different time frames each day when entering your dog. Each dog will be in 1 time frame only. If you are entering more than 1 dog, please note a different time frame for each dog.
Time slots are on a 1st come, 1st served, basis. We will do our best to accomodate your requests, however times may be adjusted dependent on entries. We may start earlier if entries warrent it. We may run later than the 1:30 time slot if entries warrent it. On-line entries only may select time slots, and will take priority over mail in entries.
Day of Show entries will run towards end of all runs. Day of Show entries are $25.
We will add time slots if needed.
Fun runs will run towards end of all runs -- probably around 1:00 pm. They are $10 ea. NO pre-entry of fun runs - sign up at show only. Only cash or check.
There will be a lunch break between 11:00 am until 12:00 noon.
You will be notified by email after pre-entries close of your running times. Bear in mind while we try to stay on time, exact times are not guaranteed.
