IMPORTANT: The registration fee must be paid after completing all the details listed above. However, the reviewing committee has the right to not include your team's spot in the tournament if they can review any inconsistencies and/or irregularities in the player's details and PSA or Passport documents that is not clear. The committee will email the said incorrect details and you can regain the slot back if it is corrected within 24 hours.

Registration of this tournament will be made through ONLINE and we will not accept walk-ins during the tournament proper. Paying the registration fee in advance, without online registration does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.

Please bring the original birth certificate during the tournament.

IMPORTANT:

WAIVER:

Considering the benefits that will be derived from our participation in the tournament, we voluntarily waive any claim against PFF, BUFA, DMFC and all authorities in charge of the tournament for any untoward incident and liability in case of any injury sustained and damage of property of others that may occur during the tournament.
