I agree that Junk Disposers LLC is acting solely at my direction and release, indemnify, and hold harmless the junk removal service provider, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from or related to the removal, transport, disposal, or ownership of the donation boxes, including any claims by third parties. I assume full responsibility for any consequences associated with the removal of the items.
