  • Artistic Engagement, Commitment, & Growth Potential

  • Throughout the course of the fellowship, TAI fellows will work one-on-one with advisors on skills that pertain to 6 of the Incubator’s pillars.

Please self-identify your experience or strength in each pillar from 1 to 5 (with 5 representing strength and 1 representing a strong desire to improve).

These ratings are solely to help us individualize your fellowship experience and will not impact the review of your application. For example, a 1 in Artistic Training, suggests you would like additional support in that area.

  • Please choose the artistic subset that most closely corresponds with your work as an artist: (choose one)*
  • In lieu of a resume, please share up to five creative or professional achievements that relate to your work within your artistic field, include dates and start with the most recent (do not include links).

These include but are not limited to: individual or group shows, screenings, performances, awards/grants, training or education, and work or volunteer experience in your artistic field.
