    General Information:
    -Registration: $50/family, this will include one program per family.
    -Payment will be via Venmo: @Amanda-Hardman-10
    -Doors open at 8:00 am. Contest starts at 8:30 am.
    -Entry form and fees are due March 6, 2026.
    -Competition age is determined by contestant's age as of September 1, 2025.
    -Double entry permitted in open events.
    -NO REFUNDS (with the exception of inclement weather in the Catoosa/Tulsa area).
    -Order of events may change at Director's discretion.
    -Neither Directors or contest venue official assumes responsibility or liability for lost/stolen articles or for any type of accident, injury or incident.
    -Contest floor reserved for contestants and officials only. Practice gym is available.
    -No flash photography of contestants inside competition arena.
    -Video recording allowed only of own child, student, or team. We will have a professional photorapher on site, taking action photos throughout the day.
    -NBTA rules will be in effect. Knowledge of NBTA rules is direct responsibility of individual contestant.
    -No Smoking or alcohol permitted.
    -Self-advancement after deadline will result in double fee.
    -Results of open events posted as completed.
    -Teams & Collegiate Downfield will perform between struts and solos. Rhythmic twirls & show twirls will perform at the end.
    -Awards can be picked up as results are posted.
    -It is the responsibility of contestants, coaches, and parents to please make the Contest Director aware of any changes to a contestant's status level that occur after the contest entry deadline

  • Baton Twirling Pageants

    Novice, Beginner, Intermediate model in costume. Advanced model in Dress. Please keep track of what you enter, and the price, because you will have to add the total at the end for payment.
  • State Events

    Open to all contestants. $20 per event unless stated. 
  • Open Events

    Open to all contestants. $18 per event.
  • TEAMS

    Please complete the following section if you are a part of a team that is performing. If not, you may skip this section. Fee is $10 per team member. (Please classify your team as a state or open entry).
