Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us for the MTFA BrightGuides - Flyer Distribution. Please find the details of the activity below. Further instructions will be shared upon confirmation.

*Volunteers are required to sign up for their preferred date(s). Participation is subject to slot availability and confirmation by the Volunteer Management team.

*Volunteers will be deployed in small teams to distribute MTFA’s BrightGuide Flyers to congregants. This includes engaging members of the public respectfully, sharing brief information about MTFA where appropriate, and ensuring orderly and smooth distribution.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Volunteers should report to the assigned location at the scheduled time. The exact meeting point will be shared upon confirmation.
2. Please wear modest and comfortable attire suitable for outdoor outreach. Covered shoes are recommended.
3. For volunteers assisting at mosques: please do not distribute the Ramadan booklet within the mosque premises. Distribution should only take place outside the mosque premises.
4. As this activity may involve standing and walking for a period of time, children, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and pregnant women are not encouraged to participate for safety reasons.
5. Volunteers are responsible for their own transport to and from the assigned location. MTFA will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the activity.
6. Please conduct yourself respectfully at all times when engaging congregants and residents. No photos or videos should be taken unless prior approval is granted by MTFA.
