  • The PRIDE On the Plaza Festival will take place on June 27, 2026. The PRIDE Festival On the Plaza will start at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm. 

    Set up time is from 7:00am until 9:00am All entrants will be assigned specific check-in times to arrive and set up. Please make sure you are on time for your set-up time.

    The theme for this year's PRIDE On the Plaza is Many Colors. One PRIDE. Please keep this theme in mind as you design your fabulous booths to reflect the strength, resolve, and longevity of our community! 

    ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE 10' X 10'

    • Non-profit (information booth): $150.00 per booth space
    • For-profit: $200.00 per booth space
    • Late fee of $35.00 (after May 31, 2026). No exceptions. 

    This is a 2-part application. You will complete this registration form, which will be sent to our PRIDE Team. Once your application is approved, you will be sent a separate email to make your payment for your booth

  • PRIDE Santa Fe, produced by The Human Rights Alliance, is a welcoming and celebratory event for the LGBTQIA2S+ community and the greater Santa Fe area.

    To create a meaningful, safe, tolerant, and inclusive environment for the community*, and to continue the work we are doing with the city of Santa Fe in creating safe space environments around the city, we have established a PRIDE Safe Space/Conduct Commitment Pledge that all participating individuals and organizations in the PRIDE Santa Fe 2026 festival are expected to follow. 

    *LGBTQIA2S+, Black, Brown, Asian, Pacific Islanders, Indigenous, et al.

    As a participant, individuals and organizations are expected to adhere to the following:

    • The Festival, Parade, and PRIDE on the Plaza areas are all considered safe spaces where everyone feels welcome, respected, and comfortable being who they are.
    • Everyone is expected to treat one another with equality, politeness, and respect at all times, in a way that centers the needs and desires of all participants, regardless of race, gender, religion, ability, or sexual identity.
    • Anti-LGBTQIA2S+ rhetoric is NOT allowed.
    • Religious or ethnic discrimination is not allowed.
    • Mutual respect for all in attendance is expected.
    • Bullying, coercion, intimidation, discrimination, or harassment is not allowed.
    • Non-compliance with these simple rules will result in your removal from the parade and/or Festival, solely at the discretion of the Human Rights Alliance.

    celebration for everyone!

  • I have read the PRIDE Safe Space/Conduct Commitments above and agree to adhere to the PRIDE Safe Space/Conduct and Commitment Pledge. I understand that non-compliance with rules by myself or members of my party will result in removal from the parade and/or Festival at the sole discretion of the Human Rights Alliance.

  • No food or beverage sales are permitted. No electrical service is provided unless otherwise stated above. Applicant hereby certifies that she/he has read this application in its entirety, understand its contents, and will comply with all of the terms and conditions. The applicant further understands that failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in early termination of this LICENSE TO OCCUPY.
