HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 — Apply Complete the free application below. Tell us your story and why your voice deserves to be heard.

Step 2 — Self-Tape Round Selected applicants will be invited to record a 60–90 second video and post it publicly on Instagram. You'll be given a simple prompt to respond to. Tag us and use #VoicesOfImpact to qualify.

Step 3 — Top 50 Announced Our panel reviews all self-tapes and selects the Top 50 voices moving forward.

Step 4 — Live Virtual Rounds Top 50 compete through live virtual speaking rounds, narrowing down to Top 20, then Top 10 Finalists.

Step 5 — Winners Announced Our Top 3 winners are announced globally and receive a feature in the Imperfectly Perfect Campaign's International Magazine plus a spotlight across Glenn's Global Platforms.
