Hotel rooms can accomodate one additional adult guest.

Limited hotel rooms can accommodate one additional adult guest and up to two additional child guests at no extra charge. These rooms will be secured on a first-paid first-secured basis. Once family room allocation has been exhausted, no further family rooms will be able to be requested.

Please note: no babysitting services are provided, and children (excluding babies) are unable to attend the conference.

One breakfast is included with the accommodation rate, any additional adult breakfasts are $28 per person. There is no charge for additional child breakfasts.

A separate invoice will be sent for additional guest inclusions.
