This form is for submitting your entries for Bhakthi Lahari scheduled on March 7th. Last day for registration: February 22nd, 2026, by 9:00 pm PST.

1. All entries are First Come First Serve basis. Solo is 1 person. Group is a minimum of 3 people.
2. Participants under the age of 16 are considered as Kids and at/over the age of 16 are considered as Adults
3. An individual (a kid or an adult) can participate in ONLY ONE solo performance AND/ OR ONE GROUP performance OR 2 group performances ONLY
4. Group performances can be Kids or Adults or both. Group program types must be performed for the type of program that was entered for. Ex: A program registered as Group Song, cannot be performed as Drama/Skit
5. All performances must be in KANNADA or SAMSKRITA only.
6. If you have a background score for your program, you need to send the mp3 file to kssevententry@gmail.com on or before February 22nd, 2026 before 9 PM PST.
Please name the audio file as PerformanceName.ParticipantLeadName .mp3 .In addition, You are also requested to carry the music on your phone to the venue on the day of the performance.
7. All programs without a background score may be audited by KSS in advance to ensure you follow the duration guidelines.
8. If you have any special requirements on stage, please assign a person from your team to assist.
9. If the same program is submitted via different accounts, that entry may be cancelled. Please coordinate and submit only 1 entry.

Please Note:

Kannada Sangha of Sacramento (KSS) reserves the right to accept the registration entry or not to accept due to limitation in number of entries or any other limitations.
In no event shall KSS and / or its respective board members / committee members be liable for any special, indirect or Consequential damages or any damages / injuries whatsoever resulting from this event.
KSS will photograph and record the video of the event. By submitting your entries you authorize KSS to use the media captured to be published in KSS Website, YouTube and other social media channels.
