Parents Conduct Agreement

I AGREE TO NEVER FORGET THAT THIS IS A PROGRAM TO TEACH YOUNG CHILDREN THE BASICS AND RULES OF TEAM SPORTS, AND THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS NEED MY SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT.

I AGREE TO NEVER CRITICIZE PUBLICLY THE OFFICIATING OF ANY GAME OR ANY INDIVIDUAL OFFICIAL, PLAYER OR COACH. Crystal Beach Sports Complex has a strict ZERO tolerance policy for any unsportsmanlike conduct towards officials, coaches or players. Coaches, players, parents or spectators are given ONE warning and then asked to leave the facility. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER TO OFFICIATE GAMES FOR 1 (ONE) NIGHT, BEFORE BEING ALLOWED BACK INTO THE FACILITIES.

I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED FOR THE PROGRAM BY THE KID’S INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
I WILL SUBMIT ANY COMPLAINTS OR SUGGESTIONS TO THE KID’S INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN WRITING, WITH MY SIGNATURE, AND WILL ACCEPT THEIR DECISIONS AS FINAL.

may join and participate in any program sponsored by the Kid’s Incorporated program and in the activities thereof, and we do each hereby waive, and relinquish and release and forever acquit you from any and all claims of participating in the activities of such program.
We, the undersigned, state that we are the parents or guardians of the above named child and agree that our child may participate in the Kid’s Inc. program and agree that our child shall be subject to the rules and regulations laid down by the Board of Directors of Kid’s Inc.
We parents acknowledge that Kid’s Inc. DOES NOT provide accident and health insurance for players.

NOTICE

The penalty for a player missing a Kid’s Inc. game due to quitting or playing/practicing with another team will be a 14 MONTH SUSPENSION from ALL Kid’s Inc. Sports.
Any child (player) who has registered for participation in a Kid’s Inc. League and has been assigned to a team roster, then quits that team or misses a Kid’s Inc. game to play/practice with a team in another league, organization or association (et. al) will be suspended from participation in any Kid’s Inc. activity for fourteen (14) months.
